A comprehensive executive function skills assessment using an age-appropriate screening tool to identify strengths and areas for growth.
Development of individualized goals and a personalized coaching plan tailored to the client's unique needs, interests, and priorities.
One-on-one coaching sessions focused on strengthening skills such as organization, planning, time management, task initiation, self-monitoring, emotional regulation, and flexible thinking.
Ongoing collaboration with the client's support network—including parents, teachers, or other approved individuals—to promote consistent strategy implementation and meaningful application across real-life settings.

Executive Function Coaching for groups of two individuals with similar goals includes:
Services outlined in 1:1 sessions, but in a small group setting
Ideal for families that want to reduce/split costs with another family
Good for individuals who would benefit from a peer accountability partner and find the group setting to be motivating
Good for individuals who want to improve social problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Provides a setting for students who learn best through discussion, role-playing, and shared experiences.
Can be a stepping stone for those working toward greater independence in academic, workplace, or daily living settings.
Each group focuses on evidence-based strategies for skills such as organization, planning, time management, task initiation, prioritization, emotional regulation, flexible thinking, and self-advocacy. Participants leave each session with practical tools they can immediately apply in real-life situations.
Groups are intentionally kept small to ensure individualized attention while fostering meaningful interaction, encouragement, and accountability among participants.

The school year can seem like an overwhelming sea of assignments, essays, and projects all competing for attention. This program provides the structure, accountability, and individualized support students need to stay organized, manage their workload, and complete assignments with confidence.
* Note: This service is provided in the form of Executive Function coaching to help students stay organized, manage their workload, and complete assignments. It is not academic tutoring.
Participants will work collaboratively, or individually, on:
Weekly goal-setting and progress check-ins to build accountability and maintain momentum.
Developing Executive Function strategies for planning, prioritizing, breaking large projects into manageable steps, and meeting deadlines.
Practical writing support, including facilitating brainstorming, help and encouragement of organizing ideas, guided support while students outline, draft, revise, and edit essays and other large, multi-step projects.
Guided work sessions with the Executive Function Coach who provides feedback, and encouragement while students make meaningful progress on their assignments.
A supportive environment that promotes independence, confidence, and effective work habits.
This program is ideal for students who benefit from structured work time, personalized guidance, and practical strategies to manage academic demands.
